Day before was much better. After starting not really possible to gain sufficient height. My plan to fly a flat triangle to Zell am See and retour not possible therefore (I could not gain enough altitude to cross the Zillertal to Karspitz directly). The later the flight the better the conditions. Once descending into Zillertal I faced 20km/h south Wind - no valley wind at al - but evening upwind in the valley (just too tired after 8 hours to use it - rather meant I had to wing-over down)

I was afraid to not make it back to the Mayrhofen after arriving so late at Pass Thurn - but then finally more pilots around me (even though all with pod harness and much higher rated wings) and it was pretty easy to go back.
